French Open organizers Roland Garros announced their first gaming tournament which will give gamers a chance to attend one of the biggest tennis events of the year.
Titled the “Roland-Garros e-series by BNP Paribas,” the event will begin in April, with competitions to be held in France, the UK, Belgium, Italy, Germany, China, India and Brazil. The game of choice is Tennis World Tour, an unreleased sports title by Bigben Interactive to be released in May, with competitors to be given a demo version. The winners from each country will compete in a grand final at Roland-Garros on Friday, May 25, 2018.
The prize fund of the tennis tournament “Roland Garros” will be 39.2 million euros. Matches of the main grid of the tournament will be held from May 27 to June 10.Follow us on
