The Austrian bookmaker bwin launches a personal betting assistant WettBuddy, developed together with the company Tokabo. The so-called virtual friend has already been presented to users from Austria and Germany, and soon it will be available to all other countries where this bookmaker presented.
Initially operating via Facebook Messenger, WettBuddy will be available to consumers via a simple on-boarding sign-up process. Once signed-up, the virtual betting buddy will then be on hand to start conversations around their favourite team, upcoming matches and events or respond to the questions or comments posed by the user.
