South Africa’s iGaming market welcomes a new major technology provider as EveryMatrix secures regulatory approval from the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board. EveryMatrix South Africa received its manufacturer’s license, clearing the way for the company to offer its complete turnkey platform to licensed operators across the country. The approval covers sportsbook, casino, player account management, payment systems, and affiliate management products.
The entry follows EveryMatrix’s strategic acquisition of FSB Technology in 2024, which enhanced its capabilities in South Africa and other African markets. Company leadership highlighted immediate expansion plans following the license grant.
“Our casino, sports, PAM, payments, games and content aggregation solutions, supported by our local experts, are providing an offering no one else has been able to offer so far in South Africa,” said Mark Schmidt, EveryMatrix’s Africa Managing Director.
The licensing comes months after EveryMatrix transitioned to a Co-CEO model, with Jonas Groes joining his brother Ebbe Groes in leadership. The company continues aggressive expansion across emerging markets.
EveryMatrix’s platform technology is increasingly selected by tier-1 operators and World Lottery Association member organisations in regulated markets globally. The South African approval adds another regulated jurisdiction to its portfolio.
The company expects to announce multiple operator partnerships in the coming weeks as it activates its South African operations.
