The world developer of innovative games Scientific Games announced the purchase of a majority stake in Brazilian video bingo developer E-SYS Tecnologia EM Informàtica, based in Sao Paulo.
Scientific Games describe the Sao Paulo-based studio as having a strong pedigree in developing maths models, engines and content for video bingo.
