Symplify has partnered with Promofy, the AI-driven gamification platform, to integrate its no-code gamification engine directly into automated customer journeys. The move aims to simplify the process for CRM teams by eliminating the need to switch between separate systems.
The partnership enables Symplify to manage orchestration, segmentation, and targeting, ensuring players receive gamified experiences at key moments, such as after their first deposit, during periods of inactivity, or when achieving VIP status. Promofy, which was named Best Startup at ICE 2026, supplies the gamification elements, including interactive games, challenges, and AI-powered rewards.
One of the standout benefits of this collaboration is the seamless flow of player data. Since Symplify already collects and manages the data needed for customer journeys, operators won’t need to manually transfer or recreate information for gamification campaigns. When specific triggers are activated, the corresponding Promofy experience is automatically launched, minimizing manual intervention.
“Gamification often sits in its own corner, running as a separate campaign with its own data and its own setup. Bringing Promofy inside our journeys closes that gap. CRM teams can reward a player at the moment that matters, using behavior we are already tracking, and they can do it without writing a line of code,” said Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Chief Sales Officer at Symplify.
“Working with Symplify means our games and challenges reach players at the point when they are most likely to respond. Our engine allows targeting to be driven by live player behavior rather than a list pulled together the week before,” said Irakli Davarashvili, Founder & CEO of Promofy.
The integration is poised to enhance player engagement and loyalty by making gamification a seamless part of CRM strategies within the iGaming sector.
