Scientific Games expands its Portugal casino operations

Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa is the operator of the Portuguese national lottery and retail betting and announced that has selected Scientific Games as the exclusive supplier of instant games for the next three years.  The Lottery is the fourth largest instant game operator in Europe with instant games representing approximately $1.9 billion (USD) in annual retail sales. Scientific Games currently supplies its world-leading instant games to 48 European lotteries including Lotterie Nazionali, Italy; Française des Jeux, France; and National Lottery, UK; all Top 20 performers globally.

For Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa Dr. Edmundo Martinho commented on the deal: “We are pleased to award this new instant games contract to Scientific Games.
