Cyprus will held an extensive analysis of the participation of the population in gambling. The head of the National Directorate for Betting (NBA), Ioanna Fiakku, explained this by the goal of conducting a survey by interviewing 3,000 people to study the degree of participation of Cypriots in gambling”.
The analysis will begin on October 25 and finished in the end December. Here will be attended by people of different age groups, including 13-17 years.
“The objectives of the study are aimed at taking into account the scale of participation of the population in gambling activities, identifying problems, studying the socio-demographic characteristics of players, the frequency of their participation in gambling and the level of their spending on gambling”, – added Fiakku.
