The world-famous gambling brand GVC Holdings announced the acquisition of a bingo operator and game supplier Cozy Games. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
GVC serves about 120 online bingo and casino sites, including bingo operators such as Gone Bingo, Bingo VIP Club, Bingo1, Goldfish Bingo and Bingo MaxLucky Socks Bingo, Comfy Bingo.
“I can confirm that we purchased Cozy Games as a complement to our existing B2B and B2C product offer. This purchase is not significant in terms of disclosure, and we are not make any official statements or disclose further details”, – said GVC spokesman Jay Dossett.
Cozy Games was founded in 2005 and specializes in the development and delivery of various games, including bingo, classic and video slots, table games, scratch cards and network jackpots.
