Racing Post and Betfair have launched a new partnership that sees the online sports betting giant join Racing Post’s free iOS mobile app and mobile website.
Customers will be able to place bets on greyhound and horseracing with Betfair’s Sportsbook, directly on Racing Post’s free iOS mobile app and website, as well as via the Racing Post desktop site
The announcement sees Betfair become the sixth bookmaker partner to be integrating on the Racing Post app joining fellow Flutter Entertainment-owned Paddy Power, Coral, William Hill, Ladbrokes and bet365, with the latter added to the app in last August.
Branded as the most comprehensive tool for racing enthusiast, the Racing Post app delivers daily racecards, results, expert tips, the latest breaking news and live race streaming.
“We have a long and successful partnership with Flutter Entertainment in print, online and retail and are delighted we continue to grow the ways in which we work together and add value to each other’s businesses,” said Racing Post commercial director Sam Houlding.
“We know the value of Racing Post and how it has been the cornerstone of the greyhound and horseracing betting industry for years. Partnering with Racing Post’s mobile and desktop products broadens the options for both Betfair and Racing Post customers. We know that our customers continue to use mobile more and more and the Racing Post app provides a superb experience for those wishing to bet on horseracing and greyhounds,” added Rich Hayward, his counterpart at Betfair.
