Catena Media bought Dreamworx Online

Affiliated media holding Catena Media announced the acquisition of Dreamworx Online and will be managed by Baybets, which the company acquired in December 2017.

Earlier Catena purchased the site AskGamblers.com for 15 million euros. In 2017, the company acquired two British gambling websites – SBAT.com for €13 million and CasinoUK.com for $ 13.38 million.

The acquisition of Dreamworx Online cost 9.5 million euros. Under the control of Catena will go sports sites Sportwettenanbieter.com, Fussballwetten.info and financial site DeutscheFXBroker.de.

Henrik Persson Ekdahl, CEO of Catena Media, said: “We see the potential of Dreamworx Online, which should strengthen the company’s position in Germany, and will lead the leaders ahead of the most anticipated event of the summer – the 2018 World Cup.”
