Igaming operator ComeOn, in collaboration with data science specialist Neccton, has utilized artificial intelligence technology to develop its new responsible gambling tool.
The tool has been developed in collaboration with psychology academics. It ensures that it tracks player data, detects risk patterns, changes in behaviour as well as flags signs of problem gambling.

According to the company, if a player is highlighted as being at risk of developing a problem with gambling, the new tool will offer personalised feedback and tailored communications in order to encourage responsible gaming.
