France’s national lottery operator and one of the world’s largest betting companies La Française des Jeux (FDJ) announced a new multi-year partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA) in the country. According to the deal ParionsSport, the big FDJ brand, will continue to use official NBA betting data and branding across its digital and retail offerings. Also, NBA fans in France will have exclusive benefits and will have the chance to live authentic experiences, including access to NBA games in the U.S., official NBA merchandise and engaging products through FDJ’s betting platforms, with over 100 bets available per game.
NBA’s Senior Director, International Fantasy & Gaming Kuljeet Sindhar commented on the agreement: “We are delighted to expand our partnership with La Française des Jeux, an industry leader in the French sports betting landscape. With the 2020-21 NBA season about to tip off on December 22, the league is looking forward to uniting millions of NBA fans and FDJ customers across France, providing another touchpoint for those fans who choose to engage with the NBA through betting.”
