The Vietnamese government granted preliminary approval to Laguna Lang Co for the construction of a new casino complex in 2021.
The gaming center will become part of the resort, which is located in central Vietnam. The whole project of building a casino with additional villas Laguna Lang Co estimated at $2 billion. It expected that 500 electronic slot machines and 50 shuffle machines will be installed in the casino. According to the owners’ plans, by 2029 these machines will increase to 2000 and 200 respectively.
Since last year, Vietnamese citizens allowed to play in the casino, if they confirm that their income is above $436. The authorities expect to step up activity in the zone and will promote opening of new casinos in the country.
