The Vietnamese Ministry of Finance issued a decree, which shows that from December 1 of this year local residents, whose minimum income is $ 440 per month, will be able to play in the casino.
But this is not all. Residents must submit documents proving their financial ability, that is, income refers, at least, to the third level of income tax provided for in the Law on Income Tax from the Population.
Documents include: certified copies of monthly income confirmation; monthly salary sheets/confirmation of the player’s workplace for the last three months.
