ParionSport to sponsor 100 French amateur football clubs

One month ago ParionSport, the sports betting brand of the Française des Jeux (FDJ) launched a national sponsorship campaign for amateur football. In total, 100 clubs will receive support from the FDJ sports betting brand through an endowment of equipment worth 1,600 euros! To enable amateur clubs to benefit from this activation, ParionsSport called each interested club ti submit its application on the dedicated “ParionsSport A Vos Côtés” site . 

A jury selected the 100 clubs which will be supported during the 2020-2021 season. The clubs, which include male and female teams, were selected from over 3,700 applicants, with a minimum of five selected from each region of France. 

The selection committee was made up of Smaïl Bouabdellah, commentator for the Qatari broadcaster BeIn Sports and ambassador of ParionsSport, as well as professional footballers, the social development organization Fondaction du Football and the FDJ. “Beyond FDJ’s commitments in professional sport, the group continues its roots in amateur football,” said FDJ. “With more than 28,000 points of sale throughout France, it is natural for ParionsSport to become a sponsor of amateur football clubs throughout France.”

Each benefited club will receive from ParionsSport an endowment worth € 1,600 including: 15 home jerseys + 15 away jerseys + 15 shorts + 15 pairs of socks + 1 goalkeeper outfit + 30 vests. Note that each club can obviously customize the equipment in its colors and in return for this support, the jerseys and bibs will be promote ParionsSport brand as the main sponsor. 

FDJ has supported French sport for more than 40 years and is an official partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It has recently extended its partnerships with two of the biggest French football clubs, Olympique Lyonnais and Olympique de Marseille, and is an exclusive sports betting partner of the NBA in France in the sports betting sector, through the ParionsSport brand.
