Ongoing concerns over international travel and rising COVID-19 case numbers across the UK and the rest of the world, while the vaccination process is still underway, seems to be the main reasons for Clarion Gaming to postpone ICE London for the third time! This time the world’s leading gaming industry and affiliate events are moving into the traditional February dates of 2022.
The 2020 edition of ICE London, held from 4 to 6 February 2020, was one of the industry’s last major trade shows to successfully and took place before the COVID-19 pandemic took hold globally. The 2021 ICE London edition was scheduled from 2 to 4 February 2021, but last summer the organizers decided to push it a bit further and postpone it for April 22 to 24.
The second wave of Covid-19 pandemic hit the world hard and Clarion Gaming announced last October that ICE London 2021 would be postponed for a second time and the show was scheduled for 29 June to 1 July 2021, while the iGB Affiliate London would move to 1 and 2 July 2021.
According to the latest information, ICE London is postponed again, this time for a whole year and the new dates are 1-3 February 2022, the traditional first Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of February.
