Non-residents visiting Puerto Rico are not permitted to use the online sportsbook service, though they can place bets in person at the physical sportsbook located in Foxwoods El San Juan Casino.
Once registered in person at Foxwoods El San Juan Casino, users can enjoy the full range of features in the online sportsbook service offered by DraftKings. The features include same game parlays, in-play betting, and special odds boosts across a variety of sports events including Major League Baseball (MLB), National Football League (NFL), National Basketball Association (NBA), and many more.

The company views this launch as a natural progression after establishing its retail business on the island. DraftKings aims to develop a complete ecosystem of betting options for Puerto Rican customers.
The timing of the launch aligns with rapid growth in Puerto Rico’s sports betting market. According to statistics from the Comisión de Juegos de Puerto Rico, sports betting in the territory nearly doubled in the last fiscal year. In fiscal year 2024-2025, sports wagering exceeded $313 million, representing a 99.7% increase compared to the preceding year.
