A division of Novomatic Interactive, Greentube, acquired Mazooma Interactive Games (MIG) to modernize Novomatic Group’s interactive units.
Conditions of the deal were not disclosed, but Greentube said that the deal would allow it to “streamline the interactive units across the Novomatic Group”. Mazooma’s former customer base will now have access to the entire Novomatic content portfolio, as well as Greentube’s various products and services.
Georg Gubo, Greentube COO, said: “We are very happy about welcoming new members of the Greentube family. This is a significant business reorganisation to support our growth plans in the UK both from a B2B and B2C perspective”.
