Finns invest €3 million in computer games for the military

A recent poll conducted by the news service Yle shows that Finns are actively playing in various lotteries. A resident of Helsinki spends 60 to 70 euros per week on gambling.

The Finnish Ministry of Defense will invest €3 million in computer games for the military. The ministry said that the thematic simulators are part of the combat training of soldiers, in particular before maneuvers on the ground.

Finnish army units will receive 1.2 thousand computers to create a special profile class with imitation of military operations. The Ministry of Defence stated that the software is based on a commercial game and adapted to their requirements.
