Nigerian football player was accused of a contractual match

Ex-player of Manchester City, Fulham and Blackburn, participant of the 2010 World Cup in the Nigerian national team, Dickson Etuhu was suspected of organizing a contractual match in the Swedish soccer championship between the teams of Gothenburg and AIK.

Etuhu denies all charges against him. However, it is known that the goalkeeper AIK Kenny Stamatopoulos received a proposal to surrender the game for a good reward. He also claims that he was threatened “in disguised form” in case of refusal. An incident is being investigated. It is expected that the results will be announced through a month.
