BoyleSports invests in retail expansion

Irish sportsbook operator BoyleSports is expanding its retail shop presence in the UK according to various reports. Despite the Covid19 pandemic effects which led to the closure of betting shops, BoyleSports in talks to acquire more shops! At the same time the company is exploring expansion opportunities in the online market as well, eyeing the markets of North America and Asia. 

In 2020 BoyleSports acquired 35 William Hill betting shops in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, while during the last year the company entered the UK retail betting market last summer when it acquired independent chain Wilf Gilbert’s 13 betting shops in the English Midlands and rebranded them.
