Global gaming company International Game Technology PLC has successfully kickstarted its own project by the name of Wide Area Progressive (WAP). This new cross-platform allowing a different gaming experience.
IGT gives two options—Mega Jackpots Cleopatra and Mega Jackpots Siberian Storm—and said that it would add more titles in the future. The jackpots start at $500,000 and increase as more wagers are placed.
The launch will complement IGT’s sports betting business in the US, which has expanded rapidly over the past few months following the Supreme Court ruling on PASPA in May. Last week, IGT confirmed its entrance into the tribal sports betting market by announcing a deal with the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
