Swedish gambling operator LeoVegas announced the acquisition of Intellectual Property & Software Limited and related assets from other companies for £65 million (€73.2 million /$ 88.8 million).
Under the terms of the contract, LeoVegas intends to acquire assets from a gambling operator and other brands such as 21.co.uk, Slotboss, Bet UK and UK Casino.
Earlier LeoVegas announced a deal to acquire a 51 percent stake in the streaming network CasinoGrounds. Besides LeoVegas has expressed a desire to acquire the assets of the marketing service Rocket 9 Ltd through a subsidiary in the UK.
“The UK is a big and mature market, which is the reason for us to work with several local brands that attract customers of different types”, – said LeoVegas Group CEO Gustav Hagman.
