Pennsylvania fines two casinos in the state totalling $22,500

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has levied fines against two companies for infringements. The Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin in Fayette County was fined $10,000 after a violation involving the play of their table games. It is the second time in two months that they have been fined by the PGCB having already paid $15,000 for failing to correctly deal with an intoxicated patron.

IGT Global Solutions was fined $12,500 for permitting an unlicensed employee to serve on its board of directors and act as chairman for 96 days.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has issued fines totalling $334,500 for the first four months of 2017.
