PlayTech buys ACM assets for $150 million

The provider of game software PlayTech PLC announced the acquisition of a transaction of assets of the ACM Group for $ 150 million.

After completing the process of purchasing ACM Group Limited, a new TradeTech Alpha brand will be created. Alpha PlayTech will appoint Mohammed Rasul as CEO.

It is reported that the revenue of Alpha increased by 266% – to £ 21.9 million ($ 29.08 million) over the past 9 months. PlayTech’s profit grew 30% to € 421.6 million ($ 105.2 million) in the first half of 2017 compared to the previous year. Net profit also increased by 21% – up to € 89.6 million ($ 105.22 million).
