Playtech will continue to cooperate with the British casino operator Rank Group. The new project suggests that Playtech will implement the Neon Slots system to manage the company’s 3000 electronic gaming machines and the Neon Tables app for the iPad to serve 650 Grosvenor gaming tables.
Rank will transfer his 54 casinos from the existing system to Neon in the second half of 2017. The Neon system, developed by a subsidiary of Playtech IGS, is “the most technically advanced system of retail casinos in the world”, supporting HTML5 via Microsoft Azure.
Rank Group is the largest casino operator in the UK and one of the most technologically innovative in the world.
