Gaming technology company Scientific Games is partnering with European gaming operator Kindred Group to use its Open Platform System and Open Gaming System in New Jersey.
The deal covers three years and allows for a possible extension of another two years, it covers the state of New Jersey, but both companies are looking to expand beyond the Garden State.
The deal is the second in New Jersey for Kindred Group. The company, formerly known as Unibet Group, became partners with Hard Rock Atlantic City two weeks ago. That arrangement gives Kindred a critical land-based foothold in New Jersey. NJ online gambling in the Garden State is impossible without such a connection.
