Trump Taj Mahal sold for a pittance

The Trump Taj Mahal casino, built by Donald Trump, is sold in Atlantic City. The company of businessman Karl Aikan on Friday finalized the deal for the sale of the casino company Hard Rock International. According to the deal, billionaire Karl Aikan received only 4 cents for every dollar spent during construction.

Hard Rock plans to invest $ 400 million in the reconstruction and renovation of the facility, for which it is necessary to pay $ 224 million in taxes. Over 1 thousand workplaces for builders and 3 thousand permanent jobs for casino personnel will be created at the facility. The company has already hired 23 specialists in rebranding and changing the appearance of the Taj Mahal.
