The business director of William Hill’s bookmaker network Andrew Liman was enticed to the position of head of the gambling regulatory agency of Gibraltar. Liman will take to his duties in January next year.
The authorities of Gibraltar note that joining Liman to the team of the gambling regulator of the country is an important step for the organization.
Liman has extensive experience as an expert in gambling not only at William Hill, but also in government offices – the GBC, the British Bookmakers Association. In PricewaterhouseCoopers, he served as manager of the investigation of violations of tax laws.
The main task of Liman will be to develop regulatory and policy provisions for the gambling business in Gibraltar.
