Yggdrasil breaks into the African continent with IGL deal

Leading online games supplier and content aggregator Yggdrasil goes live into the African continent thanks to a partnership deal inked with South African platform provider and aggregator Intelligent Gaming Limited (IGL). Since acquiring a license Yggdrasil’s games are live with IGL and available to the operator’s partners in South Africa.

According to this franchise deal, IGL online casino partners will have access to 150 Yggdrasil’s games. 

Yggdrasil’s Director of Commercial Operations Andrew Pegler stated: “This is a milestone achievement for Yggdrasil as we penetrate a massive market opportunity. We are very happy to have Intelligent Gaming as a Franchisee.

This deal provides them with everything that has been created by Yggdrasil in the past eight years and will enhance their growing business operations in Africa. This deal demonstrates how Yggdrasil is becoming a leading worldwide publisher of online gaming content.”

Intelligent Gaming’s Co-Founder and CEO Marc Plaxton-Harrison confirmed: “Intelligent Gaming is extremely proud to be a Franchise partner for Yggdrasil in South Africa and Africa.
