Spelinspektionen blacklisted Disrupt Entertainment in Sweden

Disrupt Entertainment Limited, a Curacao-licensed gaming operator, has been barred by Swedish gaming authority Spelinspektionen from offering online gambling services in Sweden. The business is providing games to the Swedish market without the proper authorization, according to the authority (Section 23 of the Gaming Act (2018: 1138)). When verifying the website under the brand Casinosinners, an in-depth research discovered that the website conducts gaming activity information in Swedish and includes the terms and conditions for participation in the game in Swedish.

In Sweden, Disrupt Entertainment Limited N.V. does not have a gaming license. The Swedish Gaming Inspection believes that it is critical that the decision be implemented promptly in order to safeguard consumers and ensure the game’s security.

According to Spelinspektionen, Disrupt was given the chance to comment on its position, but the Swedish gaming authority received no answer. The decision, was made by unit manager Robert Larsson after a presentation by investigators and should apply immediately according to Spelinspektionen.
