The Entain brand replaced its static game lobby with an AI-powered system that adapts to individual player preferences. Initial testing demonstrated measurable performance gains. The casino reported increased turnover and gross gaming revenue per player, plus expanded game exploration across the player base. Recommendation features have become the dominant content discovery channel on the platform.
