Novomatic, specializing in the development and production of slot machines, confirmed that its revenue in 2016 amounted to 2.29 billion euros. According to the company’s annual financial report, published today on the ÖKB (Österreichische Kontrollbank) website, the Novomatic AG Group achieved the highest revenues in its 36-year history.
Besides Novomatic said that when its employee base is combined with those of its sister companies, the total number of staff within the group is approximately 29,000.
Harald Neumann, chief executive of Novomatic AG, said: “Not only did we achieve excellent financial results in 2016, but we also set out clear strategic paths that are particularly important for the further expansion of the Group of companies».
