Australia will launch cyberfootball league

European clubs are increasingly signing contracts with players in virtual football, and individual leagues are hosting full-fledged cybersport championships.

The greatest interest in e-sports exist in USA, individual players and teams are signed even by specific athletes. Jeremy Lin from “Brooklyn Nets” on own money created a team for the game Dota2 and called it Team VGJ.

The American example began to follow in Australia. Federation Football o Australia announced the creation of the cyberfootball e-League. The first local championship starts in February 2018, at which cyberfootball players will have the right to represent their clubs. For the selection of participants, the FFA defined several criteria, including the rating in the Ultimate Team mode.
