Online bookmaker Betway confirmed that it has become the official betting partner of Fortuna Dusseldorf.
Gaming operator has signed a three-year-deal with Dusseldorf, which was promoted from the second tier of German football last season, to serve as the Bundesliga club’s official betting partner until the end of the 2020/21 season.
This marks the latest football sponsorship deal for the operator, which has served as the principal sponsor of English Premier League side West Ham United since 2015 and have further partnerships with fellow Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen, Belgian First Division A club Anderlecht, Italian Serie A giants AS Roma and three La Liga clubs, Deportivo Alaves, Leganes and Levante.
Betway CEO Antony Werkman, stated: “It’s been a very busy summer at Betway and exciting time for the club, having just been promoted to the Bundesliga, and we’re really pleased to have come on board as they look to build on last season’s success”.
