Caesars Entertainment seals DC United sponsorship deal

The first sleeve in the MLS history to feature a casino-entertainment company will be the DC United’s one. The MLS football club announced a strategic partnership deal with Caesars Entertainment ahead of the 2020 MLS season. The partnership, the first-of-its-kind in MLS, will see the global casino-entertainment company feature its “Caesars Sports” logo on DC United jersey sleeves in addition to other sponsorship activations at Audi Field.

The deal includes a number of Game Day activations at Audi Field, promotional giveaways, LED signage and executive boxes for usage during DC United home games.  The Washington DC football team tries to turn Audi Field into a year-round hub of entertainment in the Buzzard Point community of US capital, and the deal with Caesars Entertainment seems to be on the right direction.

DC United Co-Chairman Jason Levien commented on the deal: “We are extremely excited to announce this partnership with Caesars Entertainment, who are truly best-in-class in their field.
