Casino Atlantic Club will get a new owner

The current owner of the Atlantic Club, TJM Properties, has signed a contract and waits for the transfer of cash before disclosing the name of the new buyers or the official amount of the transaction.

Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian said: “I know that in the last couple of weeks, two different companies were interested in buying and we gave this information to the owner”.

The casino Atlantic Club was bought by Caesars Entertainment Operating Co. and Tropicana Atlantic City Corp for $23.4 million. Tropicana received all slot machines and tables, and Caesars Entertainment became the owner of the entire property, and then sold the Atlantic Club in May 2014 to TJM Properties for $13.5.
