Betting and gaming operator Fortuna Entertainment Group has confirmed that it has completed the migration of its Slovakian sportsbook onto Playtech’s IMS platform.
The migration is the latest stage in Fortuna and Playtech’s omni-channel partnership in Central and Eastern Europe initiated last year and will be followed at a later date by the migration of Fortuna’s sportsbooks in the Czech Republic, Poland and Croatia to the Playtech platform.
The integration will expand into Fortuna’s casino offering, once the necessary licensing process is complete, Playtech said in a press release on its official website. This will provide the operator with the opportunity to utilize the provider’s casino games suite and an extensive collection of third-party content across the platform.
“Our strategic partnership with Playtech is central to our growth plans and success so far. This migration is the next stage in Fortuna’s omni-channel leadership in Central and Eastern Europe. Fortuna customers can now enjoy a sophisticated and seamless user experience,” explained Fortuna Entertainment Group CEO Per Widerstrom.
“This partnership firmly leverages the power of the Playtech ONE solution, both from a marketing and player tracking perspective, and we believe there is further growth ahead as Fortuna continues to extend its omni-channel leadership,” added Playtech chief operating officer Shimon Akad.
The migration comes after Playtech last month also expanded its relationship with Swiss Casinos-operated Casino Zürichsee to launch a new online live casino service and jackpot casino games in Switzerland.Follow us on
