German bookmaker Tipico Sportwetten is the general sponsor of Tipico Austria Bundesliga from the season 2014/2015, and this week the agreement was extended for another two seasons.
Under the terms of the new contract, the Austrian Bundesliga will grant Tipico the primary right to extend sponsorship at the end of the deadline. Tipico will continue to fund the development of the clubs of the Austrian Bundesliga and will promote the social initiatives of the league.
“This extension is a mutual commitment. Tipico and the Austria Bundesliga stand for football, for trust and constant development. Our engagement in Austria has been promoting local football since 2014 and we are proud of that. We look forward to the coming seasons and with the league reform on a new chapter in the Tipico Bundesliga“, – stated Marlon van der Goes, Tipico Chief Commercial Officer.
