The governance of Betsson AB nnounces that Kaaren Hilsen will assume the position as CFO of Betsson AB no later than November 1st 2017. Hilsen currently serves as CFO of Swedish mobile operator Telenor Sweden and will assume her new role before November 1st, replacing Fredrik Rüdén who is leaving the company on August 31st.
She has been the CFO of Telenor Sweden for the past four years, prior to which she held a number of finance position with Telenor in Montenegro and Asia.
Ulrik Bengtsson, CEO and President of Betsson AB, commented: «Kaarens very broad financial and general management experience, coupled with her international track record in regulated environments, will be great assets for Betsson».
