Patagonia Entertainment acquired AutoGameSYS in €20 deal

Developer of bingo products Patagonia Entertainment announced the acquisition of the game platform AutoGameSYS (AGS). The cost of the purchase cost €20 million euros.

The AutoGameSYS platform will provide a multi-channel solution with the ability to process local and international payments. Through the deal it can now offer an omni-channel, multi-vertical solution, which includes a sportsbook, casino, live casino, video bingo, virtual sports and an esports product.

This is supported by local and international payment processing capabilities and a selection of more than 2,000 games from a range of third party providers, as well as more than 2,000 pre-match and live betting markets each month.

Patagonia’s Global Business Development Manager Victor Arias said: “Our AutoGameSYS acquisition is the latest step in our growth strategy to maintain our position at the forefront of LatAm’s igaming market. It delivers an all-in-one solution to give clients a turnkey platform ready to quickly operate in any regulated market in the world”.
