American company Scientific Games, a gambling equipment manufacturer, has completed a deal to acquire the British company Red7Mobile, which develops mobile and desktop games for casinos, as well as sports applications for real money games.
Details of the deal are not disclosed, but Scientific Games said that the company will have access to a large portfolio of mobile and interactive developer games, including slot machines, board games and scratch cards with instant wins.
Scientific Games added that it is planned to unite the game libraries of companies. This will expand the retail and digital offer in the UK, as well as provide more attractive game content for the global real-money gaming market.
