Sportradar Integrity Services has signed an extended deal with the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the global governing body for motorsport. As part of the deal, Sportradar will continue to monitor and safeguard the integrity of its championships, including Formula One World Championship.
Under the renewed agreement, all FIA competitions will continue to be monitored by Sportradar’s Fraud Detection System (FDS), which has been independently assessed and verified by recognised experts in the field of sports betting and integrity.
Sportradar will also run a series of integrity workshops to educate participants about potential integrity threats and how they can promote correct and ethical behaviours within professional motorsport.
“We look forward to working more closely with FIA in the years to come and continuing to play a part in upholding the integrity of some of the world’s best-loved motor sports championships,” said Managing Director at Sportradar, Andreas Krannich.
Sportradar has also recently signed an extended deal with the Rugby Football League, the national governing body for rugby league in England, as well as new agreements with Major League Baseball and the United Soccer League, both in North America.
