ChatBet has launched version three of its platform, offering operators a WhatsApp-based betting solution that leverages AI to transform natural language into compliant betslips. The platform integrates directly with existing backend systems, providing a seamless conversational interface for users in Latin America, where WhatsApp is the dominant communication channel.
Supported by Meta through its WhatsApp Business ecosystem, ChatBet enables operators to meet users where they already are—messaging apps. The platform’s AI-driven ‘bookie’ acts as a VIP concierge, translating colloquialisms and slang into structured bets in real time. For instance, a user could request a bet on ‘Los Blancos to win by two goals,’ and the system would recognize it as a bet on Real Madrid and generate the corresponding betslip.
Early results are promising, with operators seeing a 2x increase in conversion rates and a 22% uplift in average revenue per user. Josh Swerdlow, founder of ChatBet, explained the platform’s value proposition: ‘Operators don’t need to rebuild their stack to benefit from AI. They just need a smarter interface layer that sits on top of what they already have.’
Markets like Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, and Colombia—where WhatsApp penetration exceeds 75%—are prime targets for this innovation. The platform’s ability to process natural language requests and validate bets against live environments removes friction between user intent and execution, creating a more intuitive betting experience.
As ChatBet scales across Latin America, it is positioning conversational interfaces as a core distribution channel for operators, enabling them to convert messaging activity into revenue and long-term player engagement.
