At the end of 2018, PokerStars became Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) first-ever “Official Poker Partner.” Three months later it’s launching a new ‘UFC-branded Spin & Go’s’.
They are now available live on PokerStars where players can play poker “inside the UFC’s world-famous Octagon.”
Both partners also announced this week that PokerStars’ logo will be present on the canvas of the Octagon at next two UFC PPV Shows: UFC 236 on April 13 in Atlanta, Georgia and UFC 237 on May 11 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Highly ranked officials of both companies also suggested that this is just the beginning of their joint efforts.
“Our plan is to thrill as far and wide as possible with games, promotions, content and competitions that trigger passions and enhance the overall experience at PokerStars. We’ve so much in store. This is just the beginning.” said Christopher Coyne, Chief Marketing Officer, Stars Interactive.
Paul Asencio, UFC Senior Vice President, added: “UFC Spin & Go is a great example of how PokerStars are integrating our brand into their world and bringing exciting new products to our fans.”
