GiG unveiled Hard Rock’s mobile sportsbook

Gaming Innovation Group will launch Hard Rock’s mobile sportsbook before the end of the year.

The letter of intent covers the provision of an omni-channel sportsbook platform for the New Jersey market, at the operator’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City property. It first partnered Hard Rock in February this year, and powers the operator’s online casino offering in the New Jersey market.

GiG must first go through the formality of receiving certification to offer sports betting by the New Jersey authorities before the Hard Rock sportsbook can begin accepting wagers.

The supplier has also launched Wild Reels, the first title developed by its in-house studio GIG Games. The slot has gone live on the company’s proprietary brands in the final stage of its testing phase. To facilitate the launch, GIG has secured a Malta Gaming Authority licence to offer games to operator clients.
