Sportsbet.io scores record shirt deal with Watford

Sports betting operator Sportsbet.io has agreed to become the main shirt sponsor of Watford, in a deal that the Premier League football club said represents a record agreement in Hornets history.

The three-year deal will mean that the Sportsbet.io branding will be shown across Watford F.C.’s home, away and goalkeeping shirts, as well as training kit for both men’s and ladies’ team. From the beginning of the next Premier League season, set to kick off on August 10 against Brighton and Hove Albion, CoinGroup subsidiary’s logo will also feature on various surfaces inside the team’s Vicarage Road home stadium.

“The Premier League is the most watched sports league in the world, so we are absolutely delighted to announce a major sponsorship deal with one of its most celebrated teams. We share the club’s desire to combine passion and innovation to reach the top, and we look forward to doing everything we can to support Watford next season and beyond,” commented
Justin Le Brocque, head of sportsbook marketing at Sportsbet.io.

A video created by the online sportsbook dubbed ‘Know No Borders’ has been released celebrating the partnership, Sportsbet.io has also kicked off the first special promo to celebrate the big news.

Meanwhile, VBet has brokered a deal to become the official betting and gaming partner of Premier League club Arsenal. BetConstruct-run company will become the official presenting partner of The Breakdown social video that provides fans with a tactical and statistical analysis of games. The club legend Ray Parlour will become an ambassador for VBET.

Elsewhere, in an undisclosed deal recently promoted Aston Villa has signed Asian betting and gaming operator BR88 as its official sleeve partner for the 2019/2020 season.
